Genistein &#8211; Soja)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Diese unterscheiden sich in ihrer Struktur nur leicht, und sind alle auf das Flavan zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, welches aus zwei aromatischen Ringen und einem Tetrahydropyran-Ring bestehen<sup>[2]<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><i><b><\/b><\/i><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Was sind ihre Eigenschaften ?<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Weder Tiere noch Menschen, und nur wenige Mikroorganismen k\u00f6nne<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">n Flavonoide herstellen, weshalb sie den Pflanzen vorbehalten sind. In Pflanzen erf\u00fcllen Flavonoide verschiedenste Aufgaben. Sie dienen als Farbstoff, um Best\u00e4uber anzulocken, als Bakterizid und Fungizid, zur Abwehr gegen Fressfeinde und Pilze, und sch\u00fctzen die Pflanze vor UV-Strahlung. So z.B. Binden sie sich an Glykoproteine im Speichel von Fressfeinden, und machen sich somit schwerer verdaubar, was die meisten Fressfeinde abschreckt. Durch ihre stark lipophilen Eigenschaften sch\u00fctzen sie vor Mikroorganismen, und durch teilweise stark methoxylierende Flavonoide sch\u00fctzen sie sich gegen Pilzbefall. Ebenfalls sind sie gute absorbierende Molek\u00fcle f\u00fcr UV-Strahlen, und k\u00f6nnen dadurch viele kurzwellige Wellenl\u00e4ngen an Licht absorbieren<sup>[3]<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Was sind die Anwendungsbereiche von Flavonoiden ?<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Flavonoide werden in der Pharmazie, in vitro und in vivo, auf Grund ihrer anti allergischen (Allergiehemmend), anti phlogistischen (Entz\u00fcndungshemmend), antibakteriellen (Mikroorganismen abt\u00f6tend), antioxidativen (Oxidation vorbeugend) und anti kanzerogenen (Krebsvorbeugend) Eigenschaften h\u00e4ufig eingesetzt. Als Monopr\u00e4parat, oder als Arzneipflanzen z.B. Kamille, echter Hopfen, Ginkgo, Bitter orange, Ringelblume, S\u00fc\u00dfholz und M\u00e4des\u00fc\u00df<sup>[4]<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Was machen Flavonoide in Kosmetika ?<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In Kosmetika sind Flavonoide Begleitstoffe von Pflanzenextrakten. Hier dienen verschiedene Konzentrationen, der Untergruppen von Flavonoiden ganz unterschiedlichen Nutzen und Aufgaben.
